RT VINTAGE
An exclusive RT production line is VINTAGE rubber coating.
Mainly composed of recycled rubber dust from shredded tyres and a polyurethane binder. It has an excellent elastic return for easily overcoming obstacles and it has a considerable resistance to abrasion and impact.
Being the only ones able to inject this mixture, we have automated the production cycle, reproducing the aesthetics and quality of vulcanized rubber that has been abandoned for years due to low productivity and high production costs.
This compound was positively welcomed on the market and the remarkable success achieved by this innovative blend makes us proud for having brought back to the national territory an important share of the market that had been delocalized for years.
The wheel produced with this compound has the advantage of being composed of over 90% of secondary raw materials, regenerated polypropylene and rubber from old tyres.

The RT RICICLA rubber wheels have an injected thermoplastic tread in which there is over 50% of recycled rubber coming from shredded tyres.
It has an excellent compromise between quality and price. This compound possess a hardness of 80 – 90 Shore A.
The articles produced with the RT recycle rubber have been on the market since 1984 and continue to be very successful in various industrial sectors such as high-pressure cleaners, compressors, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, welders, agricultural- forestry and construction machines, equipment for tool shops and car repair shops, among others.

RT ANTITRACCIA
The wheels produced with grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber (TPE) are suitable for all types of flooring, both industrial and domestic environments.
They do not damage or stain the floors. They are mainly used in the cleaning sector.
